How much does a full backyard transformation cost in Brentwood?
A complete backyard build with engineered grading, drainage, retaining walls, and outdoor living features is a premium investment. Every site is different — slope, soil, access, and scope all change the number. We don’t post fixed prices because honest contractors can’t. The only way to give you a real estimate is to walk the property. The project form is the right next step.
What kind of materials do you use on premium builds?
On the Heathrow Hills build, we set imported Spanish travertine large-format pavers, a custom timber pavilion with steel trusses and standing-seam metal roofing, hand-placed boulder accents tying the patio to the hillside, and stone-lined drainage swales. Material selection is driven by the site, the homeowner’s vision, and what’s going to hold up under Tennessee weather.
Do you build pools, patios, and pavilions, or just the dirt work?
We do the full transformation — grading, drainage, retaining walls, utilities, pavers, pool pads, pavilion construction, landscaping, and the walkways tying it all together. We can coordinate with your pool builder or bring our own partners. Either way, we own the sequencing so trades don’t step on each other and rework doesn’t eat the schedule.
How long does a project like this take?
A full backyard transformation typically runs 6 to 10 weeks of active work, depending on scope, weather, and how many trades are sequenced through the site. The Heathrow Hills project ran from March 16 to May 15, 2026 — about two months.
Do you do work outside of Brentwood?
Yes. We’re based in Williamson County and do backyard transformations throughout Brentwood, Franklin, Spring Hill, Nolensville, Thompson’s Station, Nashville, and the rest of Middle Tennessee. If you’re within 30–40 miles of Williamson County, we’ll come look.
